HAPPY 71ST BIRTHDAY, POPE LEO!

On September 14, we celebrate the 71st birthday of our Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV.

Born on September 14, 1955, in Chicago, Illinois, Robert Francis Prevost became the 267th pope of the Catholic Church when he was elected on May 8, 2025.

As we celebrate his birthday, let us thank God for the gift of his pastoral ministry and pray that the Lord may continue to grant him wisdom, strength, and good health as he shepherds the Church and serves the People of God.

May the Lord bless and keep our Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV, and guide him always in his ministry as the Successor of St. Peter.

Our 3rd-7th graders attended the 9/11 Ceremony at the Court Square today. Today, we remember and honor those who sacrificed their own lives to save others. Thank you to the brave men and women who continue to fight for our freedom. God bless America! 🇺🇸❤️✝️

Sacred Heart has talented students! Our 5th grade student, Sara, was asked to paint something for Mr. Randy’s office. Sara worked hard over the weekend to put her skills to the test. She did an amazing job! Art brings a sense of peace and helps lower stress hormones. If you’re heading to Randy’s office, look for Sara’s painting! 🎨❤️✝️
