Farmers' Markets are in full swing. Zucchini is in abundance. Use your air fryer for this delicious veggie. Slice zucchini, dip in eggwash, then in Panko with salt, pepper and chipotle seasoning added. Fry on 350 for 15 minutes. Perfect!
