Hey y'all! We've recently had some questions about 1. Late cancelled/no-show classes. 2. Age restrictions. Below I have written out our policies here at Wild Hearts Garage.

Please cancel your reservation as early as possible if you can’t make it to class.

• Early cancellation: Cancel more than one hour before class, and your class pass stays on your account.
• Late cancellation: Cancel within one hour of class, and your pass will be forfeited.
• No-show: If you’re booked but don’t attend or cancel, your pass will be forfeited.

Thank you for helping us keep class spots available for everyone, and remember that a little communication can go a long way.

An Update About Our Class Age Policy

At Wild Hearts Garage, our group fitness and yoga classes are designed for participants ages 13 and up. For safety reasons, children under 13 are not permitted to participate in classes.

This policy helps us keep class safe, focused, and comfortable for everyone.

Thank you for understanding and helping us care for this space.

We offer family-friendly events and activities as community events- so keep an eye out for those!

We’re excited to welcome Brandy to the Wild Hearts crew! Brandy is a mother, partner, friend, cat lady, spiritual seeker, and recovering people-pleaser who believes we should be able to show up exactly as we are.

UNTAMED: Feminine Free Flow Dance class, a self-led movement experience with no choreography, no perfection, and no pressure. Move boldly, sway gently, rest, or simply be present.
7pm 1st and 3rd wednesday of the month, led by Brandy.

⚠️NEW CLASS ALERT⚠️

Introducing Untamed: Feminine Free Flow Dance

What does it feel like to stop worrying about how your movement looks and simply notice how it feels?

UNTAMED: Feminine Free Flow Dance is not a traditional dance class. There is no choreography to memorize and no steps to get “right.” It is a self-led, free-form somatic movement experience designed to help you step out of your head and reconnect with your body.

Together, we’ll ground, breathe, move, shake, stretch, and rest. You’re welcome to move boldly, sway gently, lie on the ground, or simply be present.

No dance experience is needed, come as you are.

7pm on 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month
