Not everything in wrestling is about problem solving and dealing with novelty, sometimes it’s just about applying solid movement patterns and funneling.

The best in the world make you play their game, force you to react to their inputs, this limits the amount of possibilities someone has to deal with.

This is where drilling comes in handy, wire in some solid movement patterns and then simply apply them.

This is a baseline handfight skill that every wrestler must know!

The collar snap and wrist clear, club and clear, is a fundamental way to clear ties and offbalance an opponent.

When mixed in with our wrist rolls, snaps, and beating inside, this specific clear starts to open up options for leg attacks.

Use this as a way to clear the ties or as an entry for a leg attack, real ones know what I’m talking about
