with Summer Hall!!!

here’s a glimpse into why summer ran home to chi o!!

“Hello!! My name is Summer, and I’m a sophomore majoring in psychology and sociology with a minor in philosophy and criminology! Going through recruitment was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not because I joined a sorority, but because I found a home filled with people who make me feel loved, supported, and celebrated just for being myself. I’m from Portland so I didn’t move far for college, but everything still felt new. It wasn’t the big moments that made Oregon State feel like home it was the little ones. The random walks, getting ready together, good mornings, and constant laughs. These are the moments that changed everything for me. One of my favorite parts of being in Chi O has been getting involved and giving back! This past year I had the opportunity to serve as our External Philanthropy Chair, and it truly became a highlight of my year!! I loved getting to be involved with my sisters, connect with other chapters, and bring people together through events that made a difference. My biggest piece of advice is to trust the process and stay true to who you are!! Don’t try to fit into what you think people are looking for. The place that’s meant for you will feel like home before you even realize it. I can’t wait to meet all of you and watch you find your people, just like I found mine!! ❤️💛”

we are so lucky to have you summer!!
