Cheerful & Creative Cortland's Art Studio Cortland's art studio is dedicated to positivity, fun & endless creativity. Well, guess what?! If you prefer to have the studio come to you, let them know!

During your class, party, or fundraiser you have the option to create wood cutout signs, paintings, and even creative tea parties for all ages. I recently saw a post on Facebook, about "there's nothing to do here" meaning nothing to do in Cortland, and I assume all of Cortland County. Cheerful & Creative always offers a fun night out with friends, family, and others who are looking to add excitement to their life! At Cheerful & Creative they offer a variety of mediums to create art: reclaimed wood signs & windows, globes, canvas, wine glasses, marble cloth design, the list goes on. Plus, we are always adding more ORIGINAL & CREATIVE SELECTIONS so no one is ever bored with the same old thing. The studio offers open classes, kids classes, home schooling classes, and of course PRIVATE PARTIES to celebrate that special someone, organization, or holiday event. All of their crafts and paintings are carefully selected for it's uniqueness, while being available for all ages and skill levels. Owner and artist, Ashley along with the fabulously talented local artist Jennah Lena, both look to create items you WANT in your home, or give away as a gift (with love & pride). They strive for you and your guests to have a wonderful time out socializing with friends or strangers, while just bringing your full creative self out for the night! And, of course for all classes, parties, and fundraisers--> guests are welcomed to bring whatever snacks and drinks they would like, as Cheerful & Creative's goal is for everyone to have an entertaining experience throughout the creative process. They love to travel for the sake of ART! Luckily, Cheerful & Creative is conveniently located in the City of Cortland, 33 Main Street behind Long Island Bagel (entrance on Central Ave) so you can easily get a bite to eat then walk over and create.
