Last weekend our Green Reps got into the community to see examples of sustainability! A huge thank you to Chad DeVoe for giving us a tour of the Freeville Earthship, a passive solar house made of natural and recycled materials!

Back this year is the Red Dragon ReUse sale! 🛍️❤️💚🏫

The Sustainability Office is partnering with Cortland ReUse to have a back-to-school sale on campus during move-in weekend! 🚚🎒

Come to the Outdoor Pursuit garage in the SLC Thursday, August 27 and Friday, August 28 from 10am to 2pm! You never know what treasures you might find!

Whether you need to stock up on some Res Hall essentials or forgot something - this is the most sustainable and affordable way to prepare for the 26-27 school year!📚✏️

Last month, the Sustainability Office had the joy of going to the SUNY Sustainability Conference hosted at ! A few highlights included
-Chief Sustainability Office, Matt Brubaker's presentation on Cortland's Clean Energy Master Plan⚡
-Energy & Sustainability Engagement Coordinator, Meg Swing's presentation with 's Sustainability Coordinator, Erin Kluge, on Inter-Generational Climate Communications 💬🌍
- Field Trips to Jones Beach Energy & Nature Center🌊 AND
Planting Fields Arboretum State Historic Park 🌺🪻
- Keynote Speaker, David Wallace-Wells of the 🎤
-And of course (probably everyone's favorite) networking with our Sustainability colleagues across the SUNY System! 💚
