Rooted in nature, thriving in community. 🌿 Voting is open for Latino Outdoors' 2026 Latino Conservation Week Photo Contest, now through Oct. 9!

To celebrate, we're looking back at the 2025 winners, the Chicha Collective, who brought the theme Amor y Comunidad to life by using their prize to fund a community agricultural movement.

Created in 2020 to foster connection during a time of social distancing, the contest has grown into an annual celebration of Latine identity, community and environmental conservation.

The 2026 Climbing for Range of Motion Project team starts their Cotopaxi trek today. ⛰️

Ahead of the climb, Team Captain Brianna Daniels shared her story as a childhood cancer survivor and amputee who has found joy, gratitude and community through ROMP.

Now in its 12th year, Climbing for ROMP brings together amputee athletes to summit some of the world's largest volcanoes while raising funds and awareness for greater access to mobility care worldwide.
