We were rolling and feasting today at our fresh spring roll cooking class in spite of the crazy downpour this morning! Everyone discovered some delicious fresh herbs that paired well with all the goodies in our rolls and learned how to make an amazing versatile peanut sauce to go with it. Y’all did great, so proud of your efforts!

What an amazing experience to host our Chinese Dumplings Masterclass at the Rockport Center for the Arts! Everybody put in the work and had an absolute blast mastering this class. Thoroughly enjoyed the wine pairing experience and we all learned so much. All went home with full bellies and a newfound skill! Hope to see y’all in the next one!👩🏻‍🍳

We took the culinary train to Louisiana today and made some bold, delicious gumbo! Our featured chef Ree New Garcia broke down all the ingredients, techniques and skills needed to make this amazing dish. Everyone went home with a wealth of knowledge and full bellies!🙌
