But don’t overlook the Position/Leadership field! You get 50 additional characters there. Use that space to explain your role so you don’t waste valuable characters repeating it in the activity description.

💡 The position field tells WHAT YOUR ROLE WAS, while the description uses strong action verbs to show WHAT YOU DID + YOUR IMPACT.
