Thank you, Corpus Christi! We raised $22,222 this year for ALS TDI, an event record! (That number consisting of all 2s is a total coincidence.) Photos are posted at polarbearplunge.cc. Thank you to Steve Hambley, our volunteer photographer.

Thank you to Polar-Level sponsors HEB and Ed Rachal Foundation! Both have supported the Corpus Christi Polar Bear Plunge since the beginning (2015), and this event would not have started or continued without them. Please thank them and support , our favorite grocery store!

We have $3,200* in prizes divided among two prize packages that will go to the top individual fund raiser and top fund raising team! *This post was just revised to reflect more prizes added by a sponsor. There are some great local experiences and goodies. Currently the leading individual is Martha Rose and the leading team is the Brrr-ito Banditos, but anything can change between now and 12:15pm tomorrow, when the competition ends! We will announce and award these packages at 12:30pm at the event! Scroll down at this link to follow the leaderboards (but know that checks and cash handed in at the event will also count and don't show up on the leaderboard, so feel free to ask tomorrow if you're wondering the status.) https://fundraise.als.net/polarbearplungecc

The top individual and team fund raiser, for the CC Polar Bear Plunge, respectively, will EACH win a prize package! This is just one example from the team basket: a ropes course experience for your team! (Did you know that Youth Odyssey operates the ropes course alongside IH37, and even if you don’t win this, anyone can reserve a trip directly with them?) You can do high ropes or low ropes - a great team-building activity. Watch the leaderboard here, and keep raising funds for your plunge to be in the running for the prize baskets! https://www.polarbearplunge.cc
