Big Question: How many colors are in a sunset?
As the sun sets, we may notice the sky changing color. By the end of the sunset, the colors sometimes turn orangish-red and can look like a ball of fire.
During this Invitation to Create, the children investigated the changes happening with their artwork. Through this process, the children explored physical science by mixing sunset colors and observing the changes. These types of art projects promote curiosity, problem-solving and creative thinking in young learners.
