Wrestling at Presa BJJ this evening. Putting in the work and staying sharp during the off season!

Attention, friends:

Tonight, Gilbert’s left shoe apparently decided to go on an adventure and accidentally hitched a ride home in someone’s bag.

As a result, Gilbert had to Flintstone his way home with one shoe.

If you discover a lonely left shoe in your belongings, please bring it back tomorrow so it can be reunited with its owner.

Until then, Gilbert Flintstone remains yabba dabba sad.

New faces, hard work, and lots of teamwork!

Our Presa Pups (Ages 5–7) are learning together every class — building confidence, practicing discipline, and having fun along the way! We love watching these kids encourage each other and grow on and off the mats.

Today we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Huge congratulations to Shannan on earning 2nd place today after battling through 3 tough matches.

What makes this accomplishment even more impressive is that she’s only been training with us consistently for 2 months. In that short amount of time, Shannan has shown the kind of dedication and mindset that coaches love to see. She’s constantly staying after class to ask questions, drill techniques, and get extra reps in while everyone else is packing up.

That willingness to learn, stay coachable, and put in the extra work is exactly why her progress has been so noticeable. Competition isn’t easy, especially this early in the journey, but Shannan stepped up, tested herself, and represented Presa BJJ with toughness, heart, and determination.

We’re extremely proud of her effort today and excited to watch her continue to grow on and off the mats. This is only the beginning for her.

Even though we were missing 8 of our teammates, this group showed up ready to work! Hard-working, focused, and full of personality—they kept us laughing while learning every step of the way.

It’s awesome to see their confidence growing as they start putting everything together. Proud of this group for showing up, trying their best, and supporting each other!

This morning we had a room full of first responders—showing up early, putting in the work, and pushing through every round with grit and purpose.

The same dedication you bring to serving others shows up on the mats. Discipline, resilience, and heart were on full display this morning.

Thank you for your commitment—not just to your training, but to our community every single day.
