🚨 Summer Workouts Start Monday! 🚨

Warriors and Cherokees, it’s time to get to work! Our summer strength and conditioning program begins Monday, June 1st and runs through June 25th. This is a great opportunity to build strength, speed, agility, and team chemistry as we prepare for the upcoming school year.

📍 Important Day 1 Reminders:
• High School Girls (1st Session): Please report directly to the Weight Room.
• All Middle School Athletes (2nd Session): Please report directly to the Weight Room on Day 1.

💧 Bring Your Own Water Bottle Every Day!
We will have water available and our athletic trainer will be on site, but athletes should arrive with a full water bottle and be ready to work.

Let’s have a great summer by showing up consistently, working hard, and taking pride in representing Tuloso-Midway.
