This month is National Heart Awareness Month ! Did you guess right ? To start off, our first post is about what foods and drinks are the best to keep your heart healthy !

As the end of the month has come, so has the end of cervical cancer awareness. With this being our last post about cervical cancer awareness, we wanted to remind of everything discussed previously with an overview. February is an awareness month for many causes, which one do you think it will be ?

Do you know what’s right or wrong ? This week, we have myths vs facts! A lot are common misconceptions or just facts you did not know!

What do the numbers look like ? This week, we are looking at the statistics involved with cervical cancer.
