Thanks to our loyal families and our amazing staff, we have grown to offer year-round camps, clinics, leagues, and training in various sports. Our events will continue the tradition of having an outstanding coach and equipment ratio to provide a well-supervised and hands-on experience. Our goal as a staff is for each participant to leave each day with a more confident attitude, an ever-growing set of athletic skills, and an unforgettable experience! Our staff will be composed of knowledgeable and personable coaches of both male and female teams from the area. They will work hard to improve your child’s skill level and understanding of the game. You will not find a more experienced staff or a more comprehensive daily schedule that provides a great mix of fundamentals, contests, and games to keep the campers motivated and excited. 8:00 Roll call and stretching
8:10 Drills for offensive skill improvement
9:00 Teaching stations (passing, rebounding, shooting, defense, dribbling, individual moves)
10:00 Break
10:10 Team Practice or Team Development Drills
10:45 Games
11:40 Contests (superstar, free throw, speed dribble, etc.)
12:00 Day campers eat lunch. Morning campers leave for home.
1:00 Afternoon campers arrive. Roll call and stretching
1:10 Offensive skill improvement drills
2:00 Defensive skill improvement drills
2:30 Contests (hot–shot, 3 on 3 , etc.)
3:00 Break
3:10 Team practice or team development drills
3:45 Games
4:50 Talk and demonstration
5:00 Dismissal
