Phones ringing, emails coming in, students popping by, a million things happening at once… and somehow, you handle it all like a pro (with a smile, of course). You keep the front office flowing, the campus organized, and everyone feeling taken care of.

Basically… if it’s getting done, there’s a very good chance you had something to do with it.
