Centurion Pride

The Lady Centurions have put in a lot of work in the summer and it showed in the scrimmages today! Prayers to Seniors Callie, Sophia and Michayla who are at their retreat this weekend.

First game is on Monday at West Oso!

Came in late last season, Coach John Bonilla served on the coaching staff at Texas A&M University-Commerce, now East Texas A&M University, during one of the most successful periods in program history. During the 2015 and 2016 seasons, he helped the Lions capture back to back Lone Star Conference Championships, extending the program’s conference title streak to three consecutive championships.

While at Commerce, Coach Bonilla worked with the RB’s and LB’s, and coordinated recruiting efforts throughout South Texas.

Coach Bonilla takes pride in developing student athletes on and off the field and was fortunate to help build the championship culture that culminated in the program’s NCAA Division II National Championship the following season.

Congratulations to Ella Dowiat who placed 2nd in 14-18 National Junior PAGA Tournament! In June she placed 1st in her age division at the PAGA Junior Golf Tournament!
