Our 7th grade girls brought the heat this past weekend and took home 1st Place at the Gator Classic Tournament! 🥇 Their hard work, determination, and teamwork paid off!

Today was such a special day as we welcomed and celebrated our grandparents in chapel! We are incredibly grateful for the generations who pour into our students and help shape the legacy of our AHCS family. 💙

Labor Day weekend didn’t stop our Lions from putting in the work! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🦁

Our Cross Country Team competed at the San Diego Meet, and we’re celebrating some great finishes:

🏅 Malachi Gamez — Top 15 in the HS JV Division
⏱️ Marina Leos — Improved her time from last week’s meet
🥉 Liam McCloy — 5th in the 8th Grade Boys Division and has medaled in all three meets this season!

Students put their engineering skills to the test as they built structures designed for both stability and height. Once their structures were measured, it was time for the shake test and drop test! A fun, hands-on way to learn about stability, design, and what makes a structure stand strong. 🏗️📏

💻 In Computer Literacy, students are learning more than just how to use technology. They’re learning how to create, communicate, and present ideas effectively.

From Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides to data visualization, design principles, and storytelling, students are building practical technology skills they’ll use in school, college, and beyond. 📚✨
