Flour Bluff Elementary is proud to announce that we earned the district’s Perfect Attendance Award for the 2025–2026 school year!
This accomplishment would not have been possible without the incredible support of our parents, students, staff, and community. Your commitment to showing up every day, encouraging learning, and supporting our campus helped make this achievement possible.
Thank you to our amazing students for coming ready to learn, our families for making attendance a priority, our dedicated staff for creating a welcoming environment each day, and our community for always supporting Flour Bluff Elementary.

After closely monitoring the weather conditions, Flour Bluff ISD will operate on a normal schedule today, Wednesday 5/27.
We encourage all students, staff, and families to use caution while traveling and drive safely. To allow additional flexibility due to weather-related conditions, tardies will be excused.
FBISD will continue monitoring conditions and provide updates if necessary.

We are excited to celebrate our amazing students at the 3rd & 4th Grade Awards Ceremonies! 🎉
All award ceremonies will be held at the high school auditorium as we recognize the hard work, growth, and accomplishments of our students this year. We look forward to celebrating these special moments with our families and students!

⚠️ Weather Delayed Start ⚠️
Due to current weather conditions, Flour Bluff ISD will operate on a three-hour delayed start today, Wednesday, May 20.
Please note:
• Breakfast will not be served.
• Buses will operate three hours later than students’ normal report times.
• All morning extracurricular activities, including athletics, are canceled.
Campus start times are as follows:
ECC: 10:30 a.m.
Primary & Elementary: 10:50 a.m.
Intermediate: 11:10 a.m.
Junior High: 11:15 a.m.
High School: 11:25 a.m.
Hornet Learning Academy/SGDC: 11:00 a.m.
The safety of our students, staff, and families remains our top priority. We will continue monitoring weather conditions closely and will provide updates as needed.
