Subject: Car Tag Pick-Up for Afternoon Dismissal
Dear Parents and Guardians,
To help our afternoon car pickup lines run more quickly and smoothly, please stop by the front office to pick up your car tag.
-Tomorrow, August 12: Between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
If you signed up for a car tag number using the Google Form, your tags are ready in the front office for pickup (if you did not receive them during Meet the Teacher). If you have not yet signed up and need a car tag number, please visit the front office during the hours listed above.
For the safety of our students, families without a car tag will be asked to park and come inside the building to show a driver’s license before students can be released.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us ensure a safe and efficient dismissal process.

Welcome Back, Flour Bluff Families! 🚗
We’re so excited to welcome everyone back to campus for another amazing year at the 3rd & 4th Grade Campus! As we kick things off, we want to make sure arrival and dismissal run as smoothly (and safely!) as possible for all of our students.
📍 Below is our traffic map that shows the correct flow for drop-off and pick-up. Please take a moment to review it before the first day.
✅ Morning Drop-Off: Follow the arrows on the map, pull forward as far as possible, and make sure your student is ready to exit on the passenger side.
✅ Afternoon Pick-Up: Please have your car tag visible. If you need a car tag, stop by the front office.
✅ Safety First: Stay in your car during the process and follow staff directions at all times.
We appreciate your patience and teamwork in keeping our students safe. Let’s make this a smooth start to the year for everyone!
We can’t wait to see your smiling faces!
