Mrs Moreno’s class learning some new card games to practice their reading skills. They practiced letters and sounds, matching words to pictures, reading and matching words, and reading and acting out their cards.

Mrs. Vela Garza’s students made Pumpkin Investigations in class. They worked with a buddy and observed their pumpkin’s attributes, measured the height and circumference, counted the pumpkin’s ribs, and of course counted seeds. We all had a blast!! It was a great way to end our 2nd grading period!
