IT’S HERE! And just in time for the first day of school!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Kato Family, along with the teamwork of Village PTO, Coronado Schools Foundation, and CUSD, our students are heading back to school Monday with an amazing NEW playground addition!

On Friday afternoon, school and community leaders gathered with the Kato Family for a special ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate this exciting new addition. ✂️

This is more than just a new piece of playground equipment. It’s a place for students to PLAY, CONNECT, LAUGH, and BELONG creating more opportunities for every child to be part of the fun.

And what better way to kick off a brand-new school year?

We are incredibly grateful to the Kato Family for their generosity and commitment to our students, and to Village PTO, CUSD, and everyone who helped bring this vision to life.

Monday, the playground is officially OPEN!

Here’s to a school year filled with friendship, inclusion, big smiles, and LOTS of play!

This family-friendly festival offers student performances plus The Suenamis, over 100 artist booths to browse, three ticketed wine tasting areas plus "The Hive," a newly reimagined space just for kids!
