My stomach was in knots but we pulled it out! Having a vested (financial) interest in a team really changes watching as a fan.
This was a long season but the gladiators are playing today! I cannot wait to see these four teams battle it out.

Stay balanced. It’s important in my life to start each week trying to balance. I FAIL every time I try this but each week I get a little better. Last week I struggled so hard with sheer hours that I ended up going to the hospital for migraine and exhaustion. Honestly was it work it! For me yes but I could have been better with my efficiency and taking care of my body. Who struggles with this?

This is my Mom ❤
A little over a week ago, I shared with you some of my own personal health struggles, including my hip replacement surgeries and doctors predicting I would be in a wheelchair by the time I was 30 (I am currently 32 years old).
This time I want to share with you a little about my mom’s own personal journey with her health.
Six years ago I got a call that my mom was being rushed to the hospital. In essence her heart had split open and she was bleeding out.
She was rushed by helicopter to the Mayo Clinic where surgeons performed life-saving experimental heart surgery. By all accounts, my mom was expected to die on that table. Miraculously, my mom not only survived the surgery, but is still with us today.
My mom currently has sleeves over her heart valves, the only thing preventing her heart from bleeding out. Due to this she is prone to getting light headed and blacking out when her body has to work too hard to circulate her blood flow. Doctors have warned us that one day when she passes out, she might not wake up again.
Every day my mom is still with us is truly a miracle. I have been truly blessed to love and be loved by such a strong, generous, kind hearted, stubborn woman.
My mom's heart condition is genetic and something I am finally coming to terms with getting tested for. I want to make sure I am doing everything I can to be around for the people in my life that I love. So today I want to remind everyone that we only get one life and one body. And while there are certain things that are out of our control, there are things we can control in how we treat our body.
Today's workout is in honor of my mom:
8 calf touches
8 hands to overhead locked out
8 stairs walk up and down
8 seated leg raises
8 walking high knees
8 standing Russian twist
2 min break then repeated 5x

You don’t drink water correctly!
One thing I change in almost every client I work with including PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES is water drinking habits. Water helps your body function and also insulates injury, adaptation, and recovery. This means it’s very important. I’m tired of the mid information of how many liters a day type questions. I want habits changed.
When you awake drunk water within 40 minutes this is so so so good for your body. Beware of drinking water from coffee or other drinks as your body doesn’t get use of the water very fast and it doesn’t get to your system fast enough due to filtration. Yet if drinking regular water your body puts it to work right away. It knows when it’s only water. It’s just a glass try this for a week! You WILL feel Better.
Keeps you hydrated, fights off infection, and also helps your system move (like oil on an engine)

3x5 Dead lift

3x 5 Thrusters
3x5 inch worms walk outs
3x5 bench press (free weights if possible)

Sometimes I don’t share what makes me laugh and that to you all. That’s not right so I’m going to try and show you all every once in awhile memes and funny things I love! This to me is being authentic and real. I can’t believe how impacted some of you have been from little ole me but I’m honored that you watch and I can “influence” you to better your health and fitness.
Workout of the day:
14-13-12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps
Run or row or burpees
Bicycle crunches
Deadlift 70% or heavy object
Bike or jumping jacks
Scissors laying on your back for core
Hip thrusts heavy object
You will do all of the movements for the rep like 14 then restart and do all for 13 and then restart and do it for 12 and then 12 and 12 lol. Dang it I mia counted the Reps lol.
It’s fun and tough I got faith in you all.

Deadlift 3x3 at 70 percent (with weight)
Deadlift 3x20 if at home with object
Deadlift 3x3 at 80% with weight
Good mornings 3x20 if at home
Deadlift 3x3 at 85% with weight
Hip thrusters 3x20 if at home
Conditioning
7 rounds
9 Squat sn**ch (with weight or object)
(Make sure this is easy moving)
15 wall balls or object squats
200m run
Rest for 30 sec between each round

This was me when I first broke my hip. I was told I wouldn’t be able to walk again and at 30 I would major health issues. What holds us back is our mind there isn’t cures for broken body but you can strengthen the muscles around it.
I went on to get a division one scholarship in football and tennis. Went pro and then got into functional fitness. Now I own multiple companies and workout and have a fun active lifestyle.

Sandbag squat
Bent over fly
Sandbag curls
Front Delt raise
