This is my opinion why synthetic is not as good as steel. Synthetic line is lighter stronger safer however, steel is just tough. Low maintenance or really no maintenance as long as it’s not super salty outside where it’s gonna rust, only downside is possible death if it breaks. Life dangerous anyway so who cares?
