Parents, please check out the lost and found tomorrow and Wednesday when you are in the building. The lost & found is located in the hallway to the right of the lobby on your way to the cafeteria. After Wednesday, everything will be donated, this is your last chance!

This week we celebrate Assistant Principal Moore for the incredible impact she has made on the Cornelius Elementary community over the past 18 years!

Throughout her time at CES, Mrs. Moore has worn many hats—beginning her career here as a classroom teacher and later serving as our TD/AIG teacher, Instructional Facilitator, Dean of Students, Multi-Classroom Leader, and most recently, Assistant Principal. In every role, she has been an advocate for students, a trusted leader for staff, an enthusiastic supporter of the PTO and a caring presence for our families.

Her commitment to helping students learn, grow, and succeed has touched countless lives, and will leave a lasting impact on CES.

While we are sad to see her leave our Cougar family, we are excited for her and know she will continue to make a positive difference wherever she goes.

Please join us in thanking Mrs. Moore for her years of service, leadership, and dedication to Cornelius Elementary. The PTO has set up a signing station in the lobby with a keepsake yearbook to capture messages for Mrs. Moore--please stop by when you are in the building this week to wish her well. 💙🐾
