La realidad es un espejo.

Refleja nuestras creencias, nuestras convicciones y los pensamientos que llevamos dentro.
Lo que experimentamos con las personas, las oportunidades e incluso lo que llamamos “problemas” no es casualidad—es un reflejo de lo que hay en nuestro interior.

En otras palabras, estamos creando constantemente nuestra realidad a través del diálogo que tenemos en la mente.

Como un espejo, la vida responde a nosotros.
Cada pensamiento trae información—positiva o negativa—según nuestras creencias.
Desde ese estado interno, proyectamos una frecuencia… y eso es lo que recibimos de vuelta.

Cuando tomamos conciencia de esto, algo empieza a cambiar:
dejamos de reaccionar a la vida y comenzamos a participar conscientemente en su creación.

Una práctica sencilla: transforma el diálogo interno.

En lugar de: “No me quiero”
Elige una nueva dirección:

“Elijo amarme.
Soy una creación de Dios, y soy amado(a).
Por eso, me permito amar quien soy—de manera plena e incondicional.”

Buenos días 🌿

En un mundo lleno de ruido, conflictos e incertidumbre…
el Salmo 37 habla con una claridad tranquila:

“No te inquietes… Confía en el Señor y espera en Él con paciencia.”

Es fácil sentirse inquieto cuando miramos a nuestro alrededor—
guerras, tensiones, injusticias, y tantas cosas que parecen fuera de control.

Pero este Salmo nos recuerda suavemente:

No todo lo que hace ruido permanece.
No todo lo que se levanta perdura.

Dios no se sacude por lo que a nosotros nos sacude.

En lugar de vivir en preocupación, somos invitados a algo más profundo:

Confía en el Señor.
Sigue haciendo el bien.
Deléitate en Él.
Encomienda tu camino a Él.

Y luego… descansa.

Descansar no es ignorar la realidad.
Es elegir paz en medio de ella.
Es saber que, aunque el mundo se sienta inestable, Dios sigue firme.

Él dirige tus pasos.
Y aun cuando tropieces, no estás solo—Él te sostiene con Su mano.

Un pensamiento para hoy:

La confianza dice: “Señor, pongo esto en Tus manos.”
El descanso dice: “Lo dejo ahí, aun cuando todo a mi alrededor sea incierto.”

En tiempos de caos, tu paz se convierte en tu fortaleza.
Mantente firme. Mantente en calma. Mantente cerca de Él.

Dios seguirá ahí cuando todo esto pase…
y tú también.

Good morning 🌿

In a world that feels full of noise, conflict, and uncertainty…
Psalm 37 speaks with quiet clarity:

“Fret not… Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him.”

It is easy to feel unsettled when we look around—
wars, tension, injustice, and so much that seems out of control.

But this Psalm gently reminds us:

Not everything that is loud is lasting.
Not everything that is rising will remain.

God is not shaken by what shakes us.

So instead of being consumed by worry, we are invited into something deeper:

Trust in the Lord.
Continue doing good.
Delight yourself in Him.
Commit your path to Him.

And then… rest.

Rest is not ignoring reality.
It is choosing peace in the middle of it.
It is knowing that even when the world feels unstable, God is still steady.

He orders your steps.
And even when you stumble, you are not alone—He holds you.

A gentle thought for today:

Trust says, “God, I place this in Your hands.”
Rest says, “I leave it there, even when the world feels uncertain.”

In times of chaos, your peace becomes your strength.
Stay rooted. Stay steady. Stay close to Him.

God will still be there when this passes…
and so will you..

“I reconocí mi pecado ante Ti…”

Sin actuación.
Sin excusas.
Sin lenguaje espiritual para suavizarlo.
Solo honestidad.

Y la respuesta de Dios es inmediata y generosa—casi sorprendente en su plenitud.

No un perdón parcial.
No una aceptación a regañadientes.

Sino cuatro restauraciones profundas, como tú lo señalaste tan bellamente:

Perdón — el peso es levantado
Cobertura — la vergüenza es quitada
No imputación de iniquidad — el pasado ya no se pone en tu cuenta
Un espíritu sin engaño — el corazón se vuelve sencillo, limpio y libre otra vez

Observa el orden: el último, el espíritu honesto, es a la vez la puerta y el resultado.
Cuando dejamos de escondernos, nos volvemos completos.

El Corazon esta Libre otra vez!!

“I acknowledged my sin unto you…”

No performance. No excuse. No spiritual language to soften it. Just honesty.

And the response of God is immediate and generous—almost startling in its completeness.

Not partial forgiveness.
Not reluctant acceptance.

But four deep restorations, as you beautifully pointed out:

Forgiveness — the lifting of the burden
Covering — the removal of shame
No imputation of iniquity — the past is not held against you
A guileless spirit — the heart becomes simple, clean, and free again

Notice the order: the last one, the honest spirit, is both the doorway and the result.
When we stop hiding, we become whole.

The heart is free again!!

Un pensamiento suave para guardar contigo:

El “secreto del Señor” no es algo complicado.
Es esta realidad silenciosa:

Cuando una persona camina sinceramente con Dios—
con honestidad, humildad y disposición a ser guiada—
Dios comienza a compartir Su corazón con ella.

No de forma ruidosa.
No todo de una vez.
Sino poco a poco… como la luz que crece en la mañana.

Y tal como lo dijiste tan hermosamente:

Cuando abres tu corazón a Él,
Él abre Su corazón a ti.

A gentle thought to keep with you

The “secret of the Lord” is not something complicated.
It is this quiet reality:

When a person walks sincerely with God—
honest, humble, and willing to be guided—
God begins to share His heart with them.

Not loudly.
Not all at once.
But steadily… like light increasing in the morning.

And just as you said so beautifully:

When you open your heart to Him,
He opens His heart to you.

Dios quiere visitar la vida de alguien a través de ti hoy.

A través de tu bondad.
A través de tus palabras.
A través de tu presencia.

No necesitas ser perfecto—solo estar disponible.

Toma un momento esta mañana.
Respira.
Sé agradecido.
Y di en silencio:

“Señor, úsame hoy… para llevar luz a la vida de alguien.”

Porque a veces, el milagro más grande…
es simplemente presentarte con amor.

God wants to visit someone’s life through you today.

Through your kindness.
Through your words.
Through your presence.

You don’t need to be perfect—just open.

Take a moment this morning.
Breathe.
Be grateful.
And quietly say:

“Lord, use me today… to bring light into someone’s life.”

Because sometimes the greatest miracle…
is simply showing up with love.
