Habersham Chamber of Commerce’s 2024 Non-Profit Organization of the Year HUB seeks to end youth isolation by connecting them to mentors, peers, and Jesus Christ
so that they can experience transformation, peace, and joy. We accomplish this through our Teach One to Lead One mentoring program in 7 Habersham County Schools and at our Monthly FOCUS youth events on the 3rd Thursday evenings of each month introducing the youth to Jesus Christ.

Certain non profits, like the HUB of Habersham are neither state nor federally funded. Yet, they fill in the gaps that larger organizations or churches don't. Partners like our local United Way help us find funding that we normally would not have access to. This picture was at yesterday's United Way Campaign kickoff where we heard from agencies that are having significant impact in our community. Thank you HEMC for hosting us!
