NALTC’s Pre-Apprentice Lineworker Program combines classroom instruction, real field training, and full CDL certification — all taught by veteran linemen with decades of experience. 👷‍♂️🧑‍🎓

Today we celebrated the end of another incredible year with Chick-fil-A Leader Academy and recognized our students for making an Impact through ACTION. ❤️

This year’s focus challenged students to lead with:
⭐ Awareness
⭐ Communication
⭐ Teamwork
⭐ Innovation
⭐ Ownership
⭐ Next

These students didn’t just learn about leadership — they put it into practice. Together, they identified a need in our community, developed a plan, and took action through their Impact Project: Candy, Cards & Care, which impacted over 500 individuals in our community.

We are so proud of the compassion, leadership, and servant hearts shown by this group throughout the year. The future is bright because of young leaders like these and we can't wait to see what they do next!
