IMPORTANT SCHOOL TAX INFORMATION

2026 School Tax Dates:
September 8th – October 8th – payment accepted with no penalty.
October 9th – November 7th – payment must include 2% penalty.
Taxes unpaid after November 7th are re-levied to the January 2027 Town and County tax bill with an additional penalty.

Payments can be accepted at the Pembroke Jr./Sr. High School from 8:30am -3:00pm on TUESDAY OR THURSDAY.
ONLY THE EXACT AMOUNT CAN BE ACCEPTED IF PAYING BY CASH IN PERSON.

According to New York State Real Property Tax Law, property owners are responsible for all taxes, whether or not they receive a bill.
All tax bills will be mailed the beginning of September.

We also have an online service at www.taxlookup.net.
This site does not take payments.
