Bellevue Music

Mark always called us his music family, and we knew it was true because that’s how he treated us. We have lost a family member, a mentor, a minister, a friend, and a brother in Christ. But the music ministry is left with a permanent impression of Mark’s legacy. Last night, in a room full of testimonies, we sang and wept and prayed. We sang because death will not have the last word. We wept because Scripture invites us to pour out our hearts to the Lord. We prayed because where two or three are gathered in His name, Jesus is there in the midst of them! Mark never seemed surprised by the fiery trials he was going through (1 Peter 4:12). He always took time to bless God and bless others. And he blessed us week after week as he led us through choir rehearsals. The podium looks so different now. But we don’t grieve as those without hope. We know we’ll see you again, Mark!

You’re invited to a special service at 9:15 or 11 a.m. as we celebrate Palm Sunday on March 29! Children in 1st–3rd grade will join their parents in the Worship Center for a one-of-a-kind service your whole family will be talking about on the drive home. Life Groups of all ages will still meet, and KidVue Worship Junior and childcare will be available for kids in kindergarten and younger. Make plans to join us!
