We had a full house in the ladies golf clinic today!! Loved every minute!

Coming out of maternity leave and slowly starting up the ladies golf clinics!

It’s a new year and so many people are ready to start new diets or exercise routines! I haven’t taken my bike out in a while and pulled it out for a spin...quickly, I began questioning if the wind was bad or if I was just really out of shape, and then lightbulb- 💡 I didn’t check my tire pressure!! It may seem like a small thing but two tires on the bike and two tires on the trailer added A LOT of drag and inefficiency. I added air to all tires and was amazed at the difference! So this reminded me- you may feel sore, tired or frustrated after beginning a new routine BUT keep at it and you’ll reap the rewards! Also, don’t forget to check your tires 😉

New time for Ladies clinic at 11:30AM!

When and I get together then people know we’re going to have FUN!!! So excited we had a huge turnout for the Ladies Golf Clinic this morning!!! @ Vantage Point Golf Center

I received this beautiful plaque from the .rosarymem golf team! I coached them in the fall 2019 season and their spring banquet was canceled due to COVID. The entire athletic department had an online ceremony and it was great! I loved coaching those kiddos and can’t wait to see how they grow in the game. (They all loved Cece, too!)

to summer 2015!! This was such a fun group of junior golfers . I miss our league 😢 So many of those kiddos are graduating middle school, too!! Wow, where did the time go?!

Various are filling more shelves at grocery stores, health stores and more! I got this big container of from Costco! During Lent I decided to try Vital Proteins and I liked it. The consistency is slightly different but it mixes just as well. I’ve tried other brands over the years but always find myself purchasing again and again. Do you have a favorite powder? .
