Wednesday, August 5: Due to thunderstorms, the MORNING competition flight is canceled.

Official balloon flight decisions are made by our race team/FAA. Please continue to follow National Balloon Classic for official updates. Meanwhile, our wind-friendly alternative plan for tonight, Saturday, August 1, if needed, includes: DJ Happy Hour from 4-6, two bands on the TruBank stage, Colossal Kite Display, Opening Ceremonies Candlestick (meet the pilots and collect a balloon card), and the Soundtrack of America 3D Drone Show at dark.
