So proud of this group! I threw this opportunity at them 3 weeks ago.
Three practices later and straight onto the field they went!
92 degrees outside, sweltering rubber grass, in bare feet, and never having an opportunity to be on the field for spacing before the music started!

But isn’t that what martial arts is all about?

Taking what you know and applying it to an unknown situation.
They adjusted, adapted and didn’t let the physical hardships distract them!
Students ranging in age from 5 to 65.

👊🏻This is why you can always see into our training room through the large glass windows on our training room doors.

👊🏻Our classes are streamed to a TV in the waiting room so you can sit and watch the whole class.

👊🏻Additionally, we live stream to a private FB group for parents to be able to see their children AT ALL TIMES! So if you need to run to Costco, or head to the Montour trail for a quick walk during their class, you can always see your child!
