We are a club that focuses on Folk Style Wrestling. We have worked with all age and skill levels. Practice Cost: $10/practice or $30/month
We hold bi-weekly workouts to improve technique and train both physically and mentally.
Practices are cancelled for the next 2 weeks. We will keep you updated on when the gym will open again!
We are adjusting our practice schedule. Practice will now be Wednesday’s 6:30-8:00 and Saturday’s 10:30-12:00. Hope to see you all Wednesday!
