Adrian women’s wrestling has always had incredible leadership. Cliff Cushard lead the team for 9 seasons. Coach Autumn Rux wrestled at Adrian, captained the team, coached there, and eventually came back to lead the program herself.

And they are MOVING:

Top-25 ranking.

Two NCAA All-Americans.

16th in the country.

11 Scholar All-Americans.

Now Adrian is bringing The Unstuck Wrestler into the room, investing in mindset + performance as they keep pushing the program forward.

There’s something different about building the next chapter of a program you were once part of yourself.

Welcome to Unstuck, Adrian 🤘

Coach Jeff Paige has spent a lifetime around wrestling.

43 years in education and decades coaching the sport.

Today, he's leading the girls program at Northwest and has said that coaching girls wrestling has renewed his love for the sport.

Northwest has been intentional about growing those opportunities. From hosting the first girls Nebraska–Maine Wrestling Exchange to continuing to create more spaces for girls to compete.

Now they’re bringing The Unstuck Wrestler into the room. More tools for finding flow state, handling pressure, and becoming the kind of competitor who knows who they are no matter the outcome.

Welcome to Unstuck, Northwest 🤘

Ottawa women’s wrestling is personal for Coach Weidl.

He grew up wrestling in Ottawa, became a state champion at Ottawa High School, came back to coach, and eventually took over the women’s program at Ottawa University.

Five years later: back-to-back conference champions, 10 national qualifiers, six All-Americans, and a 9th-place finish at the NAIA National Championships.

But one of our favorite things about Coach Weidl is his mission: Be really good at wrestling. Become even better human beings. And it shows in their team culture and values!

That’s why Ottawa is bringing The Unstuck Wrestler into the room this season, giving athletes more tools to handle their next level competitor goals.

They’ve built something special in Ottawa. Now they’re continuing to invest in their athletes.

Welcome to Unstuck, Ottawa 🤘

Comment “UNSTUCK” and we’ll send you the details + registration link for our Oct. 14 interest call to see if Unstuck is the right fit for you or your team. See you there!

1. 🏆 Confidence isn’t only built by winning. You build confidence with self-trust.

2. 🧠 You can’t eliminate the nerves. Stop fearing they mean something.

3. 😀 Smiling before a match doesn’t mean your athlete is lacking focus. They are finding their joy, focus, and flow.

4. ⚡️ The match isn’t won by the athlete who wants it more. It’s won by the athlete who remains the most clam during chaos.

5. 🎮 Play isn’t a break from learning. Play is where athleticism is built.

6. 💛 The best thing a coach can teach isn’t usually a takedown. It’s how to recover after a difficult moment or a mistake.

If you’ve been looking for a different perspective for your wrestling, you’re in the right place.

400 athletes and coaches are already in The Unstuck Wrestler, and there is still time to join the cohort!

For teams and individuals, join before prices go up October 19th.

We can all relate to the STRUGGLE of a wrestler's mindset mid-season. When there is no clear direction, tools or way forward... it can feel hopeless.

Kianna joined the 25-26 season of Unstuck. She committed to the process, the journaling, the new perspective. Even when she felt uncertain or fell back into old habits.

By the end of the season: STATE CHAMPION 🏆

What she did is nothing crazy: join, commit, execute.

This is your sign to join the 26-27 season of The Unstuck Wrestler.

Prices increase October 19th
🚪Doors close November 8th.

Colorado Mesa is already a top-10 national program.

They know the goal isn’t to protect that spot, but to keep climbing.

And when the difference between 8th and the podium comes down to a few tight matches, mindset is undeniable.
