Here is a replay of guest speaker Bentley Boyd's speech on communication for the cause of liberty, 1776 to 2026. The American Revolution happened partly because of speakers and writers who made the case for breaking away from England, setting the groundwork for the Declaration of Independence.
Bentley studied history and English at Harvard, later creating Chester Comix when his editors at a Virginia newspaper gave him the opportunity to create strips about history, in addition to historical cartoons. He has kept up that work for more than 30 years while working as a communications and business development professional, primarily working for nonprofit and educational organizations.
