Team Marfort Muay Thai- Kickboxing & Fitness Specialist

I wanted to share this because after 23 years of doing what I love it came as a surprise. I always try to be the best I can for everyone walking in the gym but never expecting anything in return. I wanted to take a second to thank everyone who has ever come to train with us and the ones who continue as well.

Yesterday we had our end of the year get together and training session at the beach, it turned out to be a great day. Thanks to everyone who came and to those who couldn't as well because we wouldn't have this amazing group with each and one of you.

Congratulations to Jose and Na'shaune for winning this past weekend at Komodo tournament. Both of them starting loosing their 1st round but we made adjustments and they executed them perfectly and turned things around to their favor. It's so important to trust your cornerman and work as a team to make proper corrections. But one of the hardest things to do is to stick to the plan and do it, most fighters have a very hard time doing it. Jose and Na'shaune did it perfectly, well done guys!!!

Congratulations to our adult and youth Team representing today at the Florida PKB IKF Tournament. Amazing performance by these 3 fighters. I couldn't be more proud of them.
Big thanks to the coaches for being there for them and growing in their coaching experience as well.

I might not be in my prime anymore but I'm still playing along with the Team. 2 hours of sparring last night. This morning I needed some help from a good cup of coffee to get me going though.

Last night we had another great night, congratulations to Tony and Tanner for giving us a great show competing and representing so well. Also thanks to everyone who came to support and all the messages of the ones who couldn't make it.

Post fight picture with Keonte, most fighters take a few days off after they compete but he was here 2 days later training and trying to continue to improve. That's what it's all about, moving forward and becoming more knowledgeable.

What a night! I'm extremely proud of our fighters, always representing with their heart and giving everything. Also, congratulations to the new PFL Champion. Get some rest and let's get back to work and improving as always. The journey continues

I want to congratulate Stef on a great performance today. She came to the gym to get in better shape and almost 2 years later she ended up here. Single mom, training every day, lots of dedication and sacrifice. Today you showed everyone that if you have a vision and determination with hard work you can accomplish your goals. Well done Stef! Enjoy your victory and a week of rest 😂
