This month, we’re proud to spotlight Arling Pardo, a teacher whose journey reflects the power of passionate educators.

From teaching at the University of Havana to leading a Pre-K ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) classroom here in Miami, Arling’s story is a powerful reminder of the difference well-prepared, dedicated teachers make every day.

In recognition of Autism Awareness Month, we’re especially grateful for educators like Arling who create inclusive classrooms and help every student feel seen and supported.

From ukulele classes to coding courses, wellness workshops, chess matches, and French presentations, our Big Buddies have leaned in to share their passions, giving their Little Buddies new skills and knowledge along the way.
