Embrace the duality.

Yes, no matter what is going on for you, “it could be worse”.

If you’re getting into a pickle, this is a quick resolution of a mind flip.

Whatever is happening, think of “it could be worse”.

Damn - I poured cold water in my coffee - it could be worse ... could be hot & burnt myself.

Damn - I stubbed my toe - it could be worse ... could have chipped my toe polish.

Damn - my phone battery went dead - it could be worse ... could have lost my phone.

Damn - it’s raining outside - it could be worse ... I’d have to be in the garden getting dirty.

Damn - I’ve locked the keys in my car - it could be worse ... I’d have to go to that thing I didn’t want to go to.
