Faculty and students from the School of Communication recently attended the Latin Consumer Summit in Miami, the premier event connecting Latin American CPG, the U.S. Hispanic market, and the broader U.S. consumer landscape. 🌎

The 4th brought together and US Hispanic leaders in consumer brands, retail, marketing research, consumer insights, and media. Through keynotes from leaders like Andy Murray (former Walmart), Jason Goldberg (Chief Commerce Strategy Officer, Publicis Groupe), Dr. Athina Kanioura (CEO Latin America, PepsiCo), Alvaro Luque (President & CEO, Avocados from Mexico), and Isaac Mizrahi (CEO, Alma Agency).

Our University of Miami Department of Strategic Communication faculty and M.A. in Public Relations candidate deepened their understanding of the Latin American consumer and walked away with fresh consumer insights.

A huge thank you to Grupo Ohla for making this experience possible! πŸ™Œ
