Hey everyone! Relay for Life is right around the corner and we would love for our members to get involved. Relay For Life is the signature fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. It is a team fundraising event where team members take turns continuously walking around a track to signify that cancer never sleeps. Cancer patients don't stop because they're tired, and for one night, neither do we.

Each team sets up a themed campsite at the event and continues their fundraising efforts by collecting donations for food, goods, games, and activities. We will be partnering with Microbiology Club and Photography Club to sell Dippin Dots ice cream and run a photo booth. Thank you to everyone who came to one of our info sessions last week! If you are applying to be a Big, please fill out your application and bring it to one of our orientations on September 10th at 6 PM, September 14th at 8 PM, or September 17th at 6 PM in UC 2300 Meeting Room B. If you couldn't make it to an info session but you still want to join, email [email protected] and we will send you an application!

Our info sessions will be this week on September 1st, 2nd, and 3rd at 8 PM in UC 2300 A. Come to one of them to learn how you can become a Big and make a positive impact on a child's life!

Hello all!
To follow up the email previously sent, we have 15 male littles waiting to be matched with a Big! This is wonderful news, except this now means we need 15 males to match them with. If you are a guy in BBBS and haven't been matched yet, please contact [email protected].

In addition, if you know any guys interested in joining BBBS and getting matched with a little, please contact said email. For added incentive, our advisor is offering a $399 South Beach boxing membership for the person that recruits the most guys!
