- The home page will enable you to view your daily calendar, future classes, personal daily progress, photos and achievements
- The calendar page will give you a detailed view of any and all activities completed or scheduled and will have the option to add in activities yourself
- The program page will show any program/s you’re subscribed to along with the program phases in detail
- The goals & habits page will show any goals or habits you or your trainer may prescribe. Will show your macros in detail and will set up reminders for your habits
- If subscribed to the meal plan, here you will be able to check your meal up to 3 days, each meal will have a detailed view of macros, recipes and options to substitute

I started this process this week and I do 1-9pm. Very difficult at first but you get used to it. Intermittent fasting (IF) is an eating pattern (not a diet) where you fast for however many hours, typically 16, and then you eat the required amount (not more) in the remaining 8 hours. Aside from an immense aid to weight loss it’s also known that it can change hormone levels optimally, cellular repair, and gene expression. There are actually 3 types of IF, message me for more info!

Although a lot of the left does give you temporary energy, it not only makes the body dependent on such things but can also have a certain “crash”. Now all of the right, gives the body it’s natural energy it can produce without incorporating any additional chemicals and giving the body it’s natural “high”.
