🎓 Later today, Aris Montero will graduate with a degree in Creative Advertising from the @umsoc! Originally from Lima, Peru, Aris made a lasting impact on campus through her leadership and creative direction. She served as Chair and Vice Chair of @hp_miami, Vice Chair of the @umiamihomecoming Executive Committee, President of @odkumiami, and a ‘Cane Kickoff Orientation Leader. 🙌 As Creative Director of Homecoming 2024, she led the full-scale marketing campaign, developing a new brand identity, designing building graphics, and elevating the social media presence to nearly 5,000 followers. Aris also interned with @verse.drink and @cheerspickleball, gaining real-world marketing experience, and was recently selected as a ‘Cane Creator for @univmiami, where she helped produce content for the university’s official channels. Her favorite memory was this year’s Centennial Canes Carnival! 🎡 After graduation, Aris hopes to pursue a career as an art director or social media lead at an advertising agency.
