The final Student Summer Spotlight goes to our Past President, Brianna Mahon!

Meet Brianna, who spent her summer as a waterfront engineering intern with Langan Engineering and Environmental Services in New York City. During her time at Langan, she worked on Civil3D drafting, created detailed drawing figures sets, assisted in field work — including test pits for pile inspection and oversight of waterfront property subsurface investigations — for various projects!

When asked about her favorite part of the experience, Brianna shared:
“My favorite part of the summer was learning more about how waterfront engineering ties together both geotechnical and structural engineering. Additionally, spending my second summer with the Langan NYC team and making more connections through professional and social events!”

We are so proud to see our members continue to build skills for the future!⚙️👷🏽‍♀️
