FJE is joining the Peanut Butter Bowl!

Let's fill our community with kindness—one jar at a time!

All donations benefit My Brother's House and Baptist Benevolence Ministries to help local families in need.

📅 You can start bringing in peanut butter during your child's PLP Conference with their teacher and at Meet the Teacher Night!

How to Donate:
🥜 Send jars of peanut butter to school with your child.
💻 Donate online at peanutbutterbowl.com by August 31st.

To Donate Online:
• Click the Donate tab.
• Select Copperas Cove Bulldawgs.
• In the comment section, write: FJE – Child's Homeroom Teacher.

🏆 Prizes:
🍕 Pizza Party: The K–2 class and the 3–5 class that collect the most jars will each win!

😴🍧 Pajama & Popsicle Day: Every class that collects at least 25 jars will earn one!

Parents are invited to walk their students to class on the first day of school:

⭐ This is the ONLY day for this.

🎒 After Monday, students will independently walk to class by themselves.

👫 There will be plenty of adult support in the hall for students to refer to for guidance.

Bulldawg families, our district's offices and campuses will be closed tomorrow morning for our staff to attend our annual Convocation, to kick off the 2026-27 school year! Our doors will reopen after lunch.

We appreciate your understanding!

We're trying something new this year to help our families stay informed and plan ahead! We will be sharing all major school dates—including breaks, holidays, testing dates, and student holidays—so you can schedule appointments, family trips, and other events accordingly.
Regular attendance is important, especially during testing windows, so we hope this advance notice makes planning a little easier for everyone.
