Friends, I write this post with a sad and heavy heart....I have received news of not one but two deaths in my family that came a day apart. To say I am hurting is an understatement. I have to leave for a little while to take care of some things and more importantly take care of myself and come to terms with this loss in my life. All Yoga is postponed until I return. I am truly sorry to be leaving my students and clients. I hope to return in a better frame of mind. Thank you to all for your understanding during this incredibly difficult time. Namaste.

Ok friends, your Yogi is officially back in TX and will be at the Cove Farmers Market this afternoon from 3:30-5:30! Group class follows at 6pm at the Cove Civic Center. Join me for 45 minutes of relaxing breathwork and mindful movement, you'll be glad you did!!

Hello friends! Just a quick reminder...your Yogi will be on vacation starting tomorrow 6/28 through 7/5. Me and the fam will be roaming in Wyoming getting some much needed R+R. I will be back to teaching on 7/6. Until then, keep calm, carry on and don't forget to breathe! Namaste y'all!!!
