Had an awesome career day at one of our Elementary schools! My demo quad showed up and showed off! Super proud of them! Then the littles manifested thier future purple belts🤣

Last night's class was wild 😜 needless to say.

This past weekend was a great one!

We hosted an incredible BJJ seminar and promotion ceremony, and it was a true reflection of what teamwork and consistency on the mat can build. From the hard rounds to the well-earned belts, every moment showed the dedication of this team.

Huge thank you to James Clingerman for coming down and sharing your knowledge with us — we appreciate you! Unfortunately professor Joel Blanton wasn't able to make it but we will see him next time!!

Proud of everyone who continues to show up, put in the work, and support each other. This is what it’s all about.
