Performance Coaching for those that are too busy
I’ve always been a “get s**t done” kind of person. From my early days as a nationally ranked athlete to my decade of work in corporate sales and technology, this philosophy has served me well. I was at the top of the pack in terms of sales performance, bringing in over $50M in revenue working with Fortune 500 clients for companies like Dell EMC and Century Link. I was the quintessential over-achiever. Perfect career. Perfect life.
In reality, it wasn’t perfect. My climb up the corporate ladder left me drained, and unbalanced in my life. That’s not to say that I didn’t enjoy the hustle. I loved that I was great at it, and paid well for it. But something was missing.
In 2016, I signed up for a year-long work and travel program for professionals. One theme that kept coming up was legacy. The idea that legacy is more than money, and money is just one ingredient in a fulfilling life. I learned firsthand from my career that focusing solely on money can leave a person unsatisfied and exhausted.
We spent the next six months forming our business partnership, researching and gathering tools, resources and curricula around the globe to bring back to the U.S. Now we’re on a mission to share message of personal significance, contribution, and helping families who are struggling to create meaningful lives within the context of “never enough”.
I still getting s**t done, and now I’m doing it with a larger purpose--to help people find better ways of thriving, within their families and their careers.
