⭐️TEACHER FEATURE ~ Ms. Mia Ma⭐️

1. What do you teach?
I teach piano to students of different ages and levels, from beginners to advanced students.

2. What’s your favorite music/composer to listen to? What about to perform?
I enjoy listening to many different kinds of classical music, but Schubert is one of my favorite composers. I especially enjoy performing Romantic music because I love its expressive and lyrical qualities.

3. What’s one thing you love about teaching?
I love seeing my students grow in confidence and develop their own connection with music. It’s especially rewarding to see their excitement when something that once felt difficult suddenly clicks.

4. What’s something your students would be surprised to know about you?
I’ve had the same penguin stuffed animal keeping me company during piano practice since I was a child. It’s been with me for 18 years! 🐧🎹

As all our Coppell Conservatory graduates head off to their respective colleges, Mr. Timinsky had the wonderful surprise of a visit from all THREE of the Youn family siblings, who were all his long-time guitar students!
