Want to make a difference in our schools this year? CISD welcomes parent, guardian, grandparent and community volunteers to support our students and campuses.

All volunteers must complete a Volunteer Application/Background Check each school year. If you plan to volunteer, chaperone a field trip or help with a classroom activity, apply now — the approval process can take 7-14 days.

Two of TCE’s beloved crossing guards are hanging up their whistles and retiring! 🛑🚦 Sandy Edwards and Laurie Johnson have been keeping our Texans safe at the Heartz/Parkway intersection in the rain ☔️ , snow ❄️ , and heat ☀️! Thank you, both! Enjoy your retirement! 👏🏼💚
